Delete your Rozbahi account

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make a note of anything you still need before you continue.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Rozbahi and sign in with the mobile number of the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and the mobile number registered with Rozbahi. We will confirm the account is yours (for example with an OTP sent to that number) and delete it within 7 days, then email you to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: mobile number, name, language and currency.
  • All your expense and income entries, categories, budgets, quick-add templates and recurring bills.
  • All backup files stored on our server.
  • Your group memberships and the expenses you added to groups.
  • Your registered devices, push notification tokens and sign-in tokens.

Groups you share with others

Other members keep the expenses they added themselves. If you created a group and other people are still in it, admin rights pass to another member so the group keeps working for them. A group with no other members is deleted.

What may be kept, and for how long

  • OTP records for your number are deleted automatically within 2 days.
  • Server security logs (IP address and time of requests) are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Disaster-recovery database copies are replaced within about 30 days, after which your data no longer exists in them.
  • Emails you sent us or contact-form messages are kept for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete them.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual entries, categories, budgets, recurring bills and templates inside the app, or leave a group, without deleting your account. To delete only your server backups or ask about other data, email [email protected].
